German bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz can of beer
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup butter a margarine melted

Directions

1.Preheat over to 375ºF (190ºC)
2.Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking pan
3.In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients
4.Add the beer and sugar, mix well, place in pan
5.Top with melted butter
6.Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
